And I always hang on to the ribbon for sewing projects or re-wraps. We also have several plastic holiday bags we've collected through the years to wrap big things. I also like to sew little bags people can reuse... (google "drawstring bag tutorial"). These are good when the thing to be wrapped is an awkward shape (like a purse). I like the idea of buying a plain wrapping paper (brown or white) and decorating it yourself.
