Hey Amy!
I am hosting a clothing swap and googled it for some ideas and came across yours!! My mother in law was part of a co-op in Kerrville. They had all the families in the neighborhood involved. Each family started with a certain number of tickets and when you needed a babysitter you would use those tickets (pay one ticket per child per hour to the co-op participant who was babysitting for you). To gain tickets you had to watch other children and then you’d save them up for when you needed to use it. She said it worked really well.
