As a frugal, earth-conscious and hydrated mama, I had been re-filling plastic water bottles instead of buying new ones.  But when I started writing this article for Buttoned Up, I re-evaluated my choices.

Last year I bought the whole family stainless steel bottles, that thankfully haven’t been lost yet! I agree, lugging home gallons of water isn’t fun, even here where we use our cars a lot. At home ,we use the fridge filter or a Brita for water.
